Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle drop-off and collection. Safely drive, park and retrieve guests vehicles within the designated premises. Check vehicles for visible damage before taking over and report any concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys, parking locations and handovers. Guide vehicles through the arrival area and help keep traffic moving smoothly. Provide courteous service and respond to guests questions professionally. Follow site procedures and safety rules, and report any incidents immediately. Work closely with the valet and traffic management team during busy periods.
