This role is responsible for the overall management and operation of a designated JRL station, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery through effective station and train operations management, passenger flow monitoring, crowd control implementation, revenue protection, incident and emergency response coordination, staff supervision and training, regulatory compliance, AFC and cash collection duties, train operation responsibilities, possession control, and the prompt resolution of operational issues while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.
