Operations and safety: Keep the station running smoothly, manage crowds and handle emergencies as the Incident Officer. Leading ASMs: Make sure Assistant Station Managers follow procedures, track their performance and train them. Standards: Monitor service, protect station revenue and make sure passengers follow RTS rules. Backup driving: Drive trains when needed.
Minimum Diploma holder, preferably Degree holder. Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in station operations, train operations or the service industry. Able to reach a height of 200cm with both hands. Able to identify colours. Willing to perform shift work, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays. Required to manually operate station and trainborne equipment.
