*Supervise the QC station and inspect garments for stains, damage, wrinkles, and other defects before packing or delivery. *Arrange for re-cleaning, re-pressing, or further treatment when necessary. *Supervise workers in drycleaning, laundering, pressing, inspection, and packing. *Monitor production quality, output, and deadlines. *Train workers on QC standards, SOPs, garment handling, and safety procedures. *Perform hands-on production duties and maintain QC records. *Identify quality issues and recommend improvements to reduce defects and rework. *Ensure the production and QC areas are clean, organised, and safe.
*Experience in a laundry, drycleaning, or similar production environment. *Quality inspection or supervisory experience is preferred. *Good attention to detail and ability to identify garment defects. *Willing to perform hands-on production duties. *Positive, coachable, and hardworking attitude with a willingness to learn. *Able to supervise and train workers. *Basic computer skills and ability to follow SOPs and maintain records. *Responsible, organised, and comfortable with prolonged standing and physical work in a factory environment.
