Make cold and warm visits to prospective customers, introducing them to products or services. Visit existing customers to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their requirements. Deliver engaging and persuasive sales pitches to potential clients. Provide detailed product/service information and handle inquiries or objections confidently. Identify new leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities. Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline to ensure conversion. Work toward meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor your sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to improve results. Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system. Ensure proper follow-up and documentation of the sales process.
