Develop, optimize and maintain process to achieve quality, yield and productivity and cost targets Monitor and control key process parameters (concentration, temperature, pressure, flow rate and cycle time) Carrying out and developing DOE for new parameters / programs Analysis on defect failure and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Evaluate and optimize cleaning agents, filtration and drying process Leading continuous improvement on cleaning, reduce contaminations and machine efficiency Develop or modify SOP, work instruction, process specification and Risk Assessment (Safety) Collaborate with Production, QA, Maintenance and Facility to solve manufacturing issues Ensure compliance with Safety, environment and quality standards for chemical and waste management
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. Degree holder (with / without work experience) Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing or similar industry Equipment troubleshooting Knowledge on Pump, valve, pressure and flow control Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma ( SPC, Cp/Cpk ) Able to work in Cleanroom environment
