Execute the assigned duty as per schedule. Ensure safe movement/compliance of vehicles and pedestrians/Bus Captains within the depot with regards for the company safety policies. Supervise the PM run out in accordance with the local requirements. Assist bus captains on onboard system problem and mechanical issues during PM runout. Ensure that the vehicle resources are effectively/correctly deployed by working closely with duty engineer and service controller as per PM run out list. Close communication/follow up with service controller and Engineering on bus faults and Engineering Spread buses during PM run in/out. Account for lost mileage during PM run out. Ensure safe movement/compliance of vehicles and pedestrians/Bus Captains within the depot with regards for the company safety policies. To refuel all GAS buses entering into Loyang Depot. Proper and careful handling refuelling equipment. Proper and accurate recording of refuelling information. Comply with all refuelling SOPs. Support any other activities as required for PM run-in. Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, practice safe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace; and not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger self or others.
Candidate must possess a minimum GCE N’ /O’ Levels or equivalent. Prior customer service working experience would be beneficial. Candidates who are bilingual and can communicate effectively. Willing to perform rotating shifts and commit to shift hours. Must be able to conduct onboard fare inspections, assist Bus Captains and provide on-ground operational support. Candidates who possess class 3 driving licences would be advantageous.
