The Assistant/Restaurant Manager give support for leading and managing the service operations teams in all aspects and ensure service standards are followed and ensure the delivery of the brand experience to guests. Manage and oversee the service staff and provide training. Manage to ensure that restaurant set up at the corrective time before each service. Manage to ensure the restaurant areas are clean and well maintained at all times. Set, monitor and maintain standards of the brand ensuring correct procedures and systems are followed by everybody at all times. Provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times. Monitor, coach and assign tasks to staff and offer support as required. Keep daily inventory and manage stock levels, ordering as required to ensure guest needs are met. Create and maintain a team which is highly adaptive and versatile.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: 4.1 BA degree in Hospitality from a reputable university. 4.2 Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar position in the field of hospitality . 4.3 Excellent communication skills. 4.4 Good interpersonal skills. 4.5 Fluent in English. 4.6 Good computer skills. 4.7 Excellent management skills. 4.8 With sense of urgency and discipline. 4.9 Highly cooperative team spirit. 4.10 Problem-solving skills. 4.11 Very good market knowledge. 4.12 Professionalism. 4.13 Detail oriented.
