Provide experienced, safe and reliable non-clinical escort support for dialysis and medical appointments. Handle routine and higher-support assignments, including wheelchair navigation, hospital and dialysis-centre movement, waiting, registration and handover within scope. Support newer escorts through on-the-job guidance, demonstrate correct safety and client-care practices, identify and escalate incidents or changes in client condition, and ensure assignment records and handover information are complete. Act as a senior field resource while remaining strictly within the non-clinical role boundaries.
Preferrably with relevant experience in medical escort, dialysis support, caregiving, healthcare support, transport or customer-facing service work preferred. Safety-conscious, dependable and confident in wheelchair handling, client communication and hospital/dialysis-centre navigation. Must complete Bergenia's medical and dialysis escort readiness training, practical assessment and OJT requirements. Relevant healthcare or caregiving experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
