- Plan and justify new manpower request - Manage deployment of manpower to different sections to meet operational needs - Support planning and execution of annual festive projects. - Delegate assignments or projects responsibilities to section head to meet operational needs - Prepare warehouse operational data and reports for Assistant / Operations Manager - Monitor completion and accuracy of documentation in all sections - Monitor accuracy and timeliness of work delivery to meet operational needs - Resolve any discrepancies or contingencies in accordance with organisational requirements and in consultation with relevant stakeholders - Maintain workplace safety and health in warehouse
