• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan. • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control. • Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction site. • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues. • Effectively applies safe and economical methodology enforces project standards. • Supervise subcontractors and monitor their work progress, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements. • Support the Project Manager in monitoring construction costs, minimising wastage, and ensuring works are completed within the approved schedule and budget.
