Job Detail

Implement and monitor the project WSH Management System and ensure compliance with MOM, WSH Act and project safety requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify unsafe conditions, unsafe work practices and potential hazards. Review and monitor Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and Method Statements for construction activities. Monitor high-risk works including excavation, ERSS, piling, lifting operations, work at height, structural works, façade works and M&E installation. Coordinate WSH requirements among main contractors, subcontractors, consultants and specialist contractors across multiple work fronts. Ensure public and third-party safety around residential, commercial, community facilities and other areas affected by construction activities. Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and worker inductions, and promote a strong WSH culture among workers and supervisors. Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, recommend corrective actions and follow up on the closure of safety issues. Prepare WSH reports and maintain safety records, including inspection reports, RA/SWP, training records, incident reports and audit findings.
