Job Detail

•Coordinate daily semiconductor tool move-in activities from delivery and unloading through to final positioning and handover. •Coordinate with clients, OEM representatives, logistics teams, rigging contractors, cleanroom operations, and installation teams. •Supervise unloading, rigging, transportation, positioning, and handling of semiconductor tools and support equipment. •Ensure tools are moved and positioned according to approved layout drawings, equipment placement plans, move-in schedules, and OEM requirements. •Coordinate manpower, equipment, lifting tools, rigging equipment, and other resources required for move-in activities. •Monitor the progress of move-in activities and ensure work is completed according to the approved schedule. •Ensure all activities comply with FAB cleanroom requirements, site EHS standards, work permits, risk assessments, method statements, and safe work procedures. •Conduct pre-move coordination and site checks to verify access routes, floor conditions, lifting requirements, clearance, staging areas, and other site constraints. •Coordinate with rigging teams to ensure appropriate lifting and handling methods are used for each tool. •Verify that tools and equipment are properly protected during transportation and move-in activities. •Coordinate with OEM representatives during tool receiving, positioning, and handover. • Monitor and report any damage, abnormalities, delays, or site constraints during move-in activities.
