• Monitor the productivity, utilization and efficiency of the workshop technical officers. • Oversee and optimise workshop processes to ensure high staff productivity, utilization and efficiency in bus maintenance. • Prepare monthly operational reports for management reporting and information. • Ensure Key Performance Indicators of bus fleet are met: • Bus breakdown on service (ensure QoS 1.3 target is achieved) • Ensure smooth implementation and timely completion of projects for buses. • Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of tools and equipment. • Ensure Technical Officers replace parts in accordance to maintenance requirements. • Monitor, review and upgrade technical competencies of Technical Officers. • Ensure consistent engagement and communications between the Management and the Technical Officers. • Ensure training hours target is met for the financial year.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. • Fresh graduate or inexperience with the right attitude will also be considered. Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent. Job role in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
