Job Detail

- Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service experience - Perform cash and credit card transactions using Point of Sales (POS) and Baggage Storage System (BSS) for baggage storage and other services - Perform opening and closing settlement for POS and BSS for daily cash reconciliation - Perform bag wrapping service and upselling of baggage services or products - Perform acceptance and issuance of baggage deposits according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) - Conduct bag search in accordance to SOP and ensure compliance to security standards dictated by the management and Airport police - Responsible for store cleanliness and image - Any other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

- Able to lift luggage - Willing to use the POS machine and handle cash - Able to work one of the fixed shifts - 6.50am - 3.10pm OR 2.40pm - 11pm OR 10.45pm - 7.05pm
