Job Detail

Patrol the car parks, service roads and driveways, loading/unloading bays. Enforcement checks against illegal parking (e.g. Clamping of vehicles) - Physically capable to undertake wheel clamping of vehicles. - Respond within 60 minutes to look into any public feedback. - Perform data entry into Mobile Notebook. - Advise motorist whose vehicle has been wheel clamped on the procedure to settle all the unpaid fines to release the wheel clamp - Direct motorist’s appeals/clarifications/inquiries - Any other ad hoc as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

- Minimum Nitec - Experience in customer service, particularly in addressing motorists' queries and concerns will be an advantage. - Able to work 12 hours rotating shift. - Able to multitask between multiple projects such as working Call Centre environment with rotational shift. - Be prepared to carry out enforcement duties across the island. - Valid Singapore Class 3/3A License - Advantageous in understanding Singapore Law and Regulations and the local context.
