Job Detail

- Provide and deploy staff/labour to attend to all maintenance feedback promptly, upon instruction from Zones; - Oversees and co-ordinate across the different trades to ensure timely completion and the works shall comply with the stipulated requirement under the contract Specification. - Liaise with external parties/authorities (as directed by SO rep) for on-site works, if any; - Account for the key movement and ensure proper records are maintained (including accounting for the whereabouts of the keys and securing them when not in use) for flats that has been assigned to MA for sprucing works or routine inspection. - Co-ordinate and oversees the keys movement to ensure that they are promptly returned or picked up from HDB or our appointed contractors for sprucing works according to the stipulated requirement and vice-versa. - Submit snapshot of the completed works in the flat (in both tenanted and vacant flats) promptly for SO rep’s assessment. - Plan and manage the sprucing works of residential units - Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
