Uphold high clinical standards guided by the 4 Zeros indicators – Zero Falls, Medication Errors, Pressure Ulcers, and Infections. Provide safe and effective nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and documentation in compliance with MOH requirements. Oversee and mentor nursing staff to ensure adherence to SOPs and Enhanced Nursing Home Standards (ENHS). Organize daily resident activities and assist therapists in rehabilitation programs to promote resident engagement. Manage medical supplies and costs, collaborate with doctors on resident care, and assist in resolving feedback and complaints.
