You will be performing both preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation system which consist of large water-cooled chillers, water pumps, cooling towers, air handling units, fan coil units, mechanical ventilation fans, etc. including tunnel ventilation system (tunnel ventilation and tunnel booster fans). • Perform both preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation system which consist of large water-cooled chillers, water pumps, cooling towers, air handling units, fan coil units, mechanical ventilation fans, etc. including tunnel ventilation system (tunnel ventilation and tunnel booster fans). • Carry out Fault Attendance and Rectification • Assist supervisor to carry out accident and incident investigation • Take the lead role in troubleshooting the equipment • PIC to supervise the installation of repair work carried out by contractor and ensure that the work carried out meets the expected standards and quality • Assist the Assistant Engineer in execution and supervision of planned works • Assist the Assistant Engineer to send the Inspection, Test and Measuring Equipment (ITME) due for calibration to be calibrated • Assist Audit clarification and inspection for both external and internal parties • Maintain and dispose material inventory • Assist to close maintenance work orders • Handle Permit-To-Work for internal customers
