Job Detail

• Confer with hospital medical and dietary staff regarding dietary or nutritional problems of patients. • Formulate menus for therapeutic diets based on medical and physical condition of patients and integrates patient's menus with basic institutional menus based on the guidelines given by the hospital clinical dietician. • Provides trainings to the staff including the kitchen staff about the basic health care nutrition, therapeutic diets, healthy cooking and addressing other such key areas. • Conducts audits of the meals in the kitchen and compiles reports. • Inspects meals served for conformance to prescribed diets and for standards of palatability and appearance.
