Duties include, but are not limited to the following: • You shall report directly to the Operation and Sales Manager or any other person dedicated by the Company. • Overall in change of shops operation and sales. • Promote and sell of Spa and Home Scent Products and Body Products. • Greet customers who enter the shop and assist them to find the products they are looking for. • Provide advice, recommend products, answer any questions customers might have for walk in or call in customers, and attempt to make sales. • Demonstrate or showcase the store’s products in a way to provide wonderful service to customers. • Answer the phone and handle customer’s requests and enquiries. • Look after customers and guest’s welfare. • Initiate Customer Relations Management programs to ensure client loyalty. • Achieve Sales Target as a team. • To achieve and maintain a minimum sales target. • Handle and perform payment process and balancing i.e. balancing cash and card payments with receipts. • Operate and perform all POS equipment accurately. • Accountable for daily payments tally and transactions. If amount is short, you will be held liable together with person/s who are on duty for that day. • Accountable for accurate inventory stock in your shop. If stock is short, you will be held liable together with person/ s on duty in the shop. • Receive and process stocks received. • Order, replenish and maintain merchandise display. • Update of inventory records in the system. • Perform housekeeping to maintain overall presentation of the shop in terms of merchandising, cleanliness, tidiness and display of products, equipment and tools at all times. • Manage day to day operations of the shop i.e. work roster, housekeeping, stock inventory, customer service, etc. • Work and maintain store display in accordance with brand visual merchandiser. • Perform shops operations or maintenance accordance to checklist and standard operations procedures. • Participate in meetings within or outside the Company. • Participate in ongoing trainings within or outside the Company. • Participate in monthly product test and ensure pass test, to resit the test during own off day if fail the test. • To conduct yourself in an ethical and professional manner at all times. • Employee is required to follow all safety rules and regulations in accordance to MOM and company safety act. Company shall discharge all responsibility including medical fees should any accident arises due to employee incompliance of safety rules and regulations. • Ensure compliances of uniform, grooming, verbiage, computer usage, sales, operations and any other guidelines established by the Company from time to time. A penalty of $50.00 per occasion will be deducted from your salary for any non-compliance. • To ensure adequate staffing, and to meet expected retail shop operations and sales standards, retail team will be held accountable for adhering to their work schedule. In the event retail employees are unable to meet the attendance and punctuality guidelines, it will be reflected in their salary as non-payment.
• At least 3-5 Years of experience in the related field is required. • Able to converse in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates. • Understanding of 6S, GMP, quality standards, health and safety regulators. • Able to function independently and in a team environment. • Organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills. • Meticulous and attention to details. • Possess positive working attitude. • Ability to multi-task, processing excellent work attitude with sense of urgency to produce quality work in a fast pace environment, under minimal supervision. • Sales driven.
