Develop and optimize semiconductor processes from inception through to start up and certification Assess process issues, interpret data, and propose solutions Perform DOEs to continuously reduce process variations and improve process Cpk Perform daily checks on SPC for critical processes and react to process issues using RCA problem solving methodologies Provide process documentation and operating instructions Performs other duties as assigned. BEng(Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Material Sc) or BSc (Physics/Chemistry) Minimum 3 years working experience in the field of process engineering. Working experience in Semiconductor’s manufacturing industry preferred New plant start-up experience preferred. Hands-on experience in setting up process control system, e.g. SPC. Must be able to work on 8 hours shift ( 5 days week : either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday ) Strong project management skills Strong data analysis and problem-solving skill Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
