As a Test EFA Technician, you will be responsible for the investigation through EFA (Electrical Failure Analysis) and PFA (Physical Failure Analysis), as well as disposition of maverick lots triggered by the Statistical Bin Limit (SBL) System. You will also collaborate with Product Engineering. Test Solutions Engineering, Assembly, manufacturing and Test Engineering teams to identify dispositions for new fail signatures, issue root causes, and to support continuous improvement projects to reduce SBL fail rates.
Diploma in Electrical & Electronics/Computer engineering or relevant. Working experience in test failure analysis would be an advantage. Ability to work on 12-hours rotating shift. Understand and able to communicate in English with good interpersonal skills in building positive working relationship.
