Role Overview: As a Service Ambassador in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient operations, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of food service, customer interaction, and team coordination in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1.Frontline Customer Service: Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing POS (Point of Sale) systems or order-taking devices. Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to enhance the customer experience. Process transactions quickly and accurately, including cash handling and card payments. 2.Food Preparation and Assembly: Prepare food items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards. Assemble orders promptly and accurately, ensuring that they meet customer specifications and presentation guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized food preparation area, including equipment and utensils, to meet food safety standards. 3.Stock Management and Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels. Replenish supplies as needed and rotate stock to minimize waste and maintain freshness. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in placing orders with suppliers as per established procedures. 4.Cleaning and Sanitation: Adhere to strict cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms. Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash bins. Follow proper procedures for cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure safety and functionality. 5.Team Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, fellow Service Ambassadors, and management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks, address issues, and maintain a positive work environment. Assist in training new team members on standard operating procedures and customer service protocols.

Job Requirements

Requirements: Previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant preferred. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of food safety regulations and adherence to hygiene standards.
