Position Title: Outlet Manager - Kebabs Faktory (Singapore) Role Overview: As the Outlet Manager at Kebabs Faktory in Singapore, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, maximizing profitability, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Your leadership and management skills will be instrumental in driving success and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1.Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Ensure smooth workflow and efficient utilization of resources to meet operational goals and customer service standards. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize productivity and maintain consistency. 2.Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and fostering a customer-centric culture among staff. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations. Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction levels, implementing improvements as necessary. 3.Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and cashiering personnel. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to enhance performance and promote professional growth. Foster a positive work environment based on teamwork, mutual respect, and open communication. 4.Sales and Revenue Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for upselling and increasing average transaction value. Manage inventory levels, control costs, and minimize wastage to maximize profitability. 5.Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and licensing requirements. Conduct regular inspections of the premises and equipment to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address any issues or deficiencies identified. 6.Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to track performance and profitability. Monitor expenses, labor costs, and other operational metrics to control costs and optimize financial results. Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and revenue enhancement strategies.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the quick-service or fast-casual dining sector. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with fluency in English (additional languages such as Mandarin or Malay may be advantageous). Sound understanding of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service standards, and inventory management. Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements related to food safety, health, and sanitation. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and restaurant management software. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
