Role Overview: As a Marketing Assistant for our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), you will support the marketing team in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. Your role will involve assisting with various marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, promotional activities, and market research. Key Responsibilities: 1.Social Media Management: Assist in managing the restaurant's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, to increase followers and engagement. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally. 2.Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content for digital and print marketing materials, such as posters, flyers, menus, and newsletters. Write compelling copy for advertisements, promotions, blog posts, and email campaigns to attract and engage customers. Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging. 3.Promotional Activities: Assist in planning and executing promotional events, contests, and campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and sponsors to support marketing initiatives and maximize promotional opportunities. Track and analyze the effectiveness of promotions and events using metrics such as sales data, customer feedback, and social media analytics. 4.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation. Compile and analyze market data, customer demographics, and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations for management review. 5.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files and documents. Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, including liaising with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure timely execution and delivery. Handle inquiries and requests from customers, partners, and stakeholders, and route them to the appropriate contacts for resolution.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related field, preferably in the QSR or hospitality industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing tools. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and design. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage projects from conception to completion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
