• Responsible for food preparation, maintaining the kitchen equipment/utensils at utmost cleanliness and hygiene • Assisting cooks with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat • Preparing and storing of ingredients in designated containers and storage areas • Portioning, weighing and measuring of ingredients • Receiving and storage of food supplies, equipment and ingredients • Removing trash and cleaning of kitchen garbage containers • Performing any other ad hoc duties assigned
• Preferably 1 year of experience in traditional Cantonese/Teochew cuisine • Possess good attitude, proactive and reliable • Good Team Player and passionate • Maintains professional grooming and appearance and acts as a role model according to established grooming and appearance policy • Able to communicate regarding the tasks and job responsibility
