• Responsible for the preparation for dishes such as Seafood, Poultry, Meat and Vegetables, also responsible for the preparation of pre-made and pastry dishes and appetizer. • Coordinating with department cooks on the procedures and process of the dishes. • Preparing food according to the established standards • Monitoring food presentation and quality • Cooking and preparing assigned dishes for serving according to the menu (Main and Special/ Promotion dishes) • Maintaining a high standard of hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen • Cleaning of food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and washing of utensils • Performing any other ad hoc duties assigned
• Must have at least 4-5 years of experience in traditional Cantonese/Teochew cuisine • Possess good attitude, proactive and reliable • Good Team Player and passionate • Maintains professional grooming and appearance and acts as a role model according to established grooming and appearance policy • Able to communicate regarding the tasks and job responsibility
