As an Ops Support Executive, End User Computing, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following domain: Responsible for the installation and daily operations support for facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs & service levels. Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems. Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties. Perform service request related to client platforms. Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties. Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project.
Nitec/Higher Nitec in an IT-related discipline A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Desktop troubleshooting skills Familiar with the use of iOS and Android devices Enterprise desktop support experience in Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Cloning Tools, MAC OS and Antivirus/Malware software will be an advantage.
