• Providing excellent customer service to passengers to make their journey with SMRT a delightful one • Facilitates and educates passengers on safe boarding and alighting of trains • Look out for passengers’ safety and security, and report any incidents or injuries • Performs crowd control duties • Assists passengers on fare-related enquiries • Assists passengers during an emergency • Ensuring that the facilities, equipment and structure within the station premises are in good working condition and report to duty Station Manager if needed • Performs other duties as and when assigned by Supervisor/s
• GCE ‘N’ Level or at least 3 years relevant working experience • Able to perform shift duties from Monday to Friday (weekends may be included) • Possess a friendly personality and good communication skills (English)
