- Carry out general cleaning which includes washing, brushing, and mopping the kitchenware, equipment, and floor. - Operate dishwasher and maintain a hygienic working environment. - Collect and remove trash from all areas of the operation and dispose of waste. - Ensure the kitchen is clean, dry, and well-maintained at all times. - Assisting with uploading and storing stocks. - Wash, Chop, and prepare ingredients. - Assist service cooks as required. - Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately - Assist in Kitchen duties as and when needed.
1. Has relevant experience in F&B kitchen. 2. Hands-on experience with dishwashing machines. 3. Ability to follow simple instructions and help with various tasks, as needed. 4. Must be Physically Fit (able to carry 10 to 15kg trash bag) 5. Excellent personal hygiene skills 6. Attention to detail and sanitation rules.
