- The Junior CDP shall assist the Sous Chef in preparing, cooking, presenting, and executing high-quality dishes to the highest standards and creating amazing dining experiences for all our guests. - Assisting the Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes. - Collaborating with the rest of the Kitchen team to ensure high-quality food and service. - Stocktaking and ordering supplies. -Give attention productivity of the kitchen such as speed and food quality. - Responsible to supervise the junior commis and providing them with proper training and guidance to ensure the highest standards and consistent quality are met. - Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards. -
- Proven experience in a senior cook role. - Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes. - Ability to multitask. - Good time management skills. - Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
