Job Summary: Assist in building / facilities preventive and ad-hoc maintenance work. Preparing the list of works, materials, tools, machineries and items to be used. Conduct periodic routine inspections for the proper operation of the facility. Assist in the supervision of maintenance and servicing works carried out by contractors. Manage service contractors and sub-contractors on site work and report irregularities to site manager. Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works. To diagnose on building related faults and perform immediate minor rectification works. Carry out all preventive and corrective maintenance in the building/facility. Experienced in repairing of door accessories and hardware, painting work and carpentry works as and when required. Hands-on support and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works (e.g. Building repair works, basic carpentry works, sanitary & plumbing defects & etc.) Documentation of scheduled routine findings and rectification. Attend to all work orders issued by the operation and management. Routine inspection on building/facility, building fixtures and fittings & etc. Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by supervisor.
