- Define and execute strategies for Road, Air, and Sea Freight business, optimising the product portfolio and processes for maximum profitability, and identifying the best use of business assets - Gather and prioritise the product vision for Road, Air, and Sea Freight at the local level - Analyze existing volumes to establish the Road, Air, and Sea freight business effectively - Develop roadmaps and local strategies for Road, Air, and Sea freight products in alignment with global and regional strategies - Ensure the local implementation of the company's freight product management strategy - Drive growth in the local market share for Road, Air and Sea freight products, trade lanes, and sector profitability while achieving budget targets and customer satisfaction - Identify value-added projects - Offer competitive rates and present the value proposition of the freight products to the Sales team in line with the Road, Air, and Sea Freight strategies - Collaborate closely with Operations and Sales to develop the freight sales pipelines, meet revenue and customer satisfaction objectives - Maintain excellent service standards by monitoring customer satisfaction results, consistently measuring relevant KPIs, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions - Cultivate strong relationships with regional and global partners, including negotiating terms and evaluating local providers in compliance with regulatory requirements. - Responsible for achieving operational and financial targets for the Road, Air and Sea Freight business. - Enhance the efficiency and development of the Road, Air and Sea Freight teams
