Plan and implement lessons that align with the Starbeam™ Framework. Create high-quality learning environments that include age-appropriate learning materials and resources. Nurture trusting and respectful relationships with children. Customise classroom management strategies to meet the needs of individual children. Document and assess children’s learning and development to inform future planning and teaching. Work collaboratively with families to promote consistency in care and learning between the Centre and home. Cultivate and enhance partnerships with families and the wider community.
