Develop a routine caregiving approach and lesson plans that align with the Early Years Development Framework. Create developmentally appropriate materials and resources to enhance quality learning environment. Document children’s learning and development to better inform planning and teaching. Ensure that all health, safety, nutritional, and hygiene practices are reviewed regularly and comply with the Star Learners' standard operating procedures. Implement effective strategies that promote respectful, responsive, and reciprocal relationships with infants and toddlers. Build positive relationships and partnerships with stakeholders by actively engaging the children’s families and the wider community.
