-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field. -Good Organisational Skills, Team Player, Aptitude for Problem Solving. -Strong communication skills with both external and internal customers. -Good knowledge of car components and able to access basic vehicle issues. -Customer-focused with a commitment delivering exceptional service. -Experienced dealing with luxury car brands and continental cars. -Some hands-on experience or understanding in automotive servicing and repairs will be advantageous. -Good computer skills with knowledge in MS Excel and workshop DMS system.
