Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports. Analyse and review financial reporting. Perform cash flow forecasting as well as budgeting and forecasting. Handle corporate tax filings and GST tax matters. Formulate and implement processes to improve internal controls. Liaise and coordinate with external corporate secretary, bankers, auditors and tax agents. Provide expertise in any ad-hoc corporate projects.
Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA) Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience with strong leadership capability Proficiency in SAP Byd is preferred, with strong knowledge of general ledger. Sound knowledge of Singapore's IFRS, Corporation law, Taxation law and relevant statutory requirement Good command of written and spoken English coupled with the ability to formulate and articulate policies and instructions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to relate to people at all levels Proactive, meticulous, "hands-on" and able to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
