Customer Service Representative (Part Time)

1. PRIMARY FUNCTION Keep a consistent standard of service, quality and cleanliness in the dining area in accordance to standard operating procedures. 2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1 Set-up the dining area and service station in preparation for the day’s business. 2.2 Take all guest orders by following proper guest serving procedures. 2.3 Promptly and correctly deliver all orders to the guests. 2.4 Clear all soiled dishes, glassware and cutleries from guests’ tables to dishwashing area. 2.5 Perform daily and weekly housekeeping and cleaning duties according to schedules. 3. IMPACT Coordinate all serving responsibilities so that all guests in restaurant receive prompt, efficient and courteous service.
