Job Detail

Maintain a high level of security and safety for all company properties, including office buildings, shopping malls, and residential buildings Conduct regular patrols of the properties, both on foot and by vehicle, to ensure a visible security presence and identify potential security risks or maintenance issues. Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, such as lift traps, power failure, fire/security alarm activation and more. Respond promptly to tenants and guests’ feedback and request Report of all security breaches and building defects Conduct routine checks to ensure workplace compliance to WSH and other legal requirements, Code of Practice and Singapore standards Provide high service standard to tenants and guests towards achieving customer delight Conduct daily briefings to team officers, in the absence of Supervisor
