Carry out preventive/corrective maintenance of properties and attend to all work orders issued by Tenants and Management Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance protocols and inspection plans. Supervise sub-contractors work, checks and certify Maintenance Works service reports Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify defects in construction. Collaborate with engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards. Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and defect analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance quality and reduce defects. Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned Assist in the event of emergency situation OR any other tasks as and when required
Minimum Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Building/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience in buildings maintenance. Skilled in Building Works, M&E, Air-Con and/or Electrical Independent, proactive and responsible team player Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team and communicate with tenants and management. Willing to work rotating duty shift (including weekends & Public Holidays)
