• Recruitment: - End to end talent acquisition; which includes preparing job descriptions, sourcing job posting portals and agents, and coordinating and participating in the interviews - Creative recruitment / sourcing for talents and formulating recruitment strategies to attract talent in line with the business requirement - Business partnering the line managers to understand their department plan and the manpower requirements and, providing HR guidance when appropriate. • Performance Management: - Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers - Works closely with management and employees to improve employee engagement. - performance evaluation - Assist in the annual performance review exercise - Oversees staff career planning and appraisal processes • On-boarding/off-boarding: - In-charge of new hires onboarding programme and leavers offboarding process • Training: - Assist in the planning of company-wide training needs analysis and training implementation - In-charge of company-wide training, employee relation and employee engagement activities - Process training grants applications • Compensation & Benefits: - Oversees staff compensation & benefit programs, giving recommendations to strengthen the programs - Assist to develop and roll out new HR systems such as job grading, salary banding,
