• Min. Nitec in Fitness Training or possess relevant fitness trainer certification • Possess a valid CPR/AED and Standard First-Aid certification preferred • Attain a Body Mass Index (BMI) of under 25, failing which, to achieve below 25% body fat using skin-fold or impedance test • Completed Full-Time NS (if eligible) • Passed IPPT (if eligible)
