Key Responsibilities: - Data Entry and Analysis: > Input and update data in various systems and databases accurately. > Assist in analyzing operational data and generating reports. - Process Improvement: > Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing solutions. > Support the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Inventory Management: > Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels. > Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. - Support Operations Team: > Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing communications. > Assist in coordinating and executing operational projects. - Customer Service: > Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner. > Support customer service initiatives and help resolve operational issues. - Other Duties: > Perform other relevant tasks and projects as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
