District Manager

Job Detail

The District Manager shall lead and manage the facility management team and put in place an effective Quality Assurance program for monitoring and improvement. The Authority reserves the right to request a change in District Manager when necessary. The District Manager shall liaise, interface, coordinate and communicate with the Authority to provide services and obtain feedback from them in order to ensure the quality of the Services rendered. The District Manager shall submit monthly performance report card, monthly management report and other supporting reports to the Authority; and monthly report to the respective Community Centre/Club/Building. These reports shall include the feedback received and the proposed and/ or actual actions to be taken or have been taken to improve their services rendered. The District Manager shall ensure that dialogue session shall be conducted between the senior management of the Managing Agent and the Authority as and when required.
