Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including network issues, operating systems, and applications. Provide step-by-step guidance to users, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT team members or external vendors when necessary. Documentation of all change requests, inventory, and new setups. Participates in the IT planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP); implements tracking and evaluation programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in healthcare industry. Nice to have knowledge on healthcare industry such as Clinic Management Systems (CMS), Radiology PACS system, Operation Theatre (OT) system, Endoscopy system etc Is a team player and can work independently when required. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to commit to a 5.5 day work week, office hours.
