Job Detail

In this job, you will: • Make wraps, assemble daily bowls to company’s established standards of quality, safety and hygiene • Perform light-cooking such as boiling, making side dishes and sauces • Prepare raw food ingredient such as meat, poultry and vegetables • Carry out food preparation processes including thawing, washing, cutting, marinating, portioning food ingredients, according to standard operating procedures (SOP) • Set up and replenishing salad bar with fresh food ingredients
