Kitchen Attendant

Job Detail

- Oversee Kitchen assistants in their area of work - Check daily mise-en-place and food supplies - Prepare beverages and food items for each meal service and/or tea breaks - Prepare sufficient crockery and cutlery for inpatients before each meal - Assist in the plating of meals in the Kitchen as required - Ensure the food served to patients is accurate as stated in their diet sheets - Assist with catering of meals for staff and events - Clean used utensils, cooking equipment and work areas when required
