We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Planning & Analysis Assistant Manager! You will be part of the Sales Planning team, to provide rigorous and data-driven planning, performance management, and analytics for the sales organization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Scoot Commercial teams to strategize, lead initiatives, and drive sales across various distribution channels at the most cost-efficient manner. Job Description Responsibilities Analyse Sales data to develop strategies by market, point-of-sale and distribution channels Monitor Sales performances and steer demand traffic to meet overall Sales target through inventory allocation for key Origin-Destination (OD) Measure performance metrics across sales channels to track demand, conversion and return-of-investment Guide Commercial stakeholders (Sales, Marketing and Digital Experience) towards matching market demand and maximising revenue at the lowest cost of sales Timely management reporting and data-driven studies to help drive business decisions Provide market insights and monitor competitors initiatives to identify sales opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Business / Data Analytics / Statistics Relevant experience in airline commercial portfolio, with data analysis background (eg: Inventory & Pricing Management, Network Planning, Business Analytics), is preferred Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Self-starter, excellent communicator and strong team player Good planning and organisation skills Able to build and maintain open and trusting partnerships with internal and external stakeholders Key Skills Strong numerical and analytical skills with commercial acumen Strong project management skills to manage and lead intra or inter-department projects Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint; experience with Qliksense/Tableau/Google Analytics are preferred High level of accuracy and detail Strategic outlook and understanding Ability to work under pressure and prioritize while meeting deadlines
