Driver cum Day Care Assistant - Senior Care Centre (West Coast)

Job Detail

To assist Senior Care Centre clients with transportation and their daily activities. - Transport clients to their corresponding transport vehicle. - Conduct daily visual checks on the client's health, mobility, and well-being status. - Conduct morning orientation to clients. - Facilitate physical exercises prescribed by the Physiotherapist. - Plan, design and conduct diversional activities. - Ensure client’s participation in activities and exercises. - Assist in meal preparation, meal serving, and feeding (oral & NGT) as needed. - Render custodial care as needed (Haircut, nail care, skin care, changing of diaper, showering). - Assist seniors in their basic activities of daily living (BADLs) including personal hygiene, custodial care and transferring. - Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of the daycare surroundings. - Assist in outing activities.
